【Abstract】 Semen samples from 60 male in fertility patients were collected to analyze the types and number of white blood cells by using immunohistochemistry technique. The results showed that high concentrations of polymorphonuclear leucocytes and monocytes/macrophages in semen could significantly reduce ejaculate volume and high concentration of polymorphonuclear leucocytes increase the total sperms and total motile sperms. High concentration of T lymphocytes in semen could significantly reduce motility index.更多还原
