【摘要】 报道了 7例左房粘液瘤 (L AM组 )患者血浆抗凝血酶 (AT )的变化 ,并与 8例瓣膜置换术患者 (瓣膜置换术组 )及 8例健康献血员 (正常对照组 )检测结果进行了对比 ,结果表明 L AM组患者的 AT 含量明显低于瓣膜置换术组及正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 L AM组中有 4例出现肝素相对耐药现象 ,而瓣膜置换术组无 1例发生 ,差异亦有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。因此 ,认为对左房粘液瘤患者进行体外循环心内直视手术时应密切观察及监测激活全血凝固时间(ACT)的变化及防止抗凝现象的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 The plasma levels of anti thrombin Ⅲ in 7 patients with left atrial myxoma (group LAM), 8 patients with valvular replacements (group VR) and 8 normal persons (control group) were studied and compared. The results showed that the plasma levels of anti thrombin Ⅲ in LAM patients were significant lower than in the groups of VR and control ( P <0 05). Four cases of 7 LAM patients but none of all VR patients were diagnosed having the relative drug resistant to heparin ( P <0 01). It was suggested that the activated clotting time(ACT) should be carefully monitored and observed to avoid the coagulation during open heart surgery in the patients with LAM.更多还原
