颅脑三维梯度回波成像技术探讨
Technique of 3D-SPGR in Cerebral Diseases
【摘要】 探讨三维稳态破坏性梯度回返采集 (three- dim ensional spoiled gradient recalled acquisition in steady state,3D- SPGR)在颅脑疾病中的应用价值与技术。采用 GE1.5 T扫描机 ,对 117例病变增强后行二维自旋回波 (2 D- SE) T1WI及 3D- SPGR轴位扫描进行对比分析。结果发现 :3D- SPGR的最佳成像参数为 TR 14~ 15 ms,TE 3.1~ 3.4m s,翻转角 30°。提示在颅脑疾病增强检查中 ,3D- SPGR具有许多 2 D- SE T1WI无法比拟的优越性 ,有取代 2 D- SE T1WI的可能。
【Abstract】 The utility and technique of three dimensional spoiled gradient recalled acquisition in steady state (3D SPGR) in cerebral diseases were investigated. 117 patients were studied by using a 1.5T MR scanner. After enhancement,2D SE T1WI and 3D SPGR were performed and compared. It was found that the best imaging parameters of 3D SPGR were TR 14 to 15 ms, TE 3.1 to 3.4 ms, FA 30°. It was suggested that enhanced 3D SPGR had advantages over 2D SE T1WI and possibility substituting for 2D SE T1WI in the diagnosis of the cerebral diseases.
