【摘要】 为了解住院精神病患者中苯二氮卓类 (BZD)药物的使用情况 ,查阅了 1997年 6月～ 1998年 5月住院病历 ,用 CCMD- 2标准诊断 ,获病例 12 15例。结果发现 ,合并使用 BZD者为 2 49例 ,占 2 0 %。BZD使用最多者为安定 ,硝基安定 ,舒乐安定 ;维持用药 1个月以内者占 6 6 % ;6 5 %为入院常规用药。有 18%的患者用药时间超过 2个月 ,属不合理用药。建议在应用大剂量抗精神病药时 ,尽量不用或少用 BZD类药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 To survey the use of benzodiazepines in psychiatry in patients, 1215 in patients from July 1997 to May 1998 diagnosed by CCMD Ⅱ R criterion were reviewed. The results showed that there were 249 in patients who took psychosedatives combining with benzodiazepines, occounting for 20 % of all. Among the benzodiazepines, Diazepam, Nitrazepam and Estazalam were most commonly used. 66 % in -patients took benzodiazepines in one month. 65 % in patients took benzodiazepines as routine therapy. 18 % in patients took benzodiazepines more than two months, which was not reasonable. It was suggested that try to avoid using benzodiazepines when the patients took a high dose of benzodiazepines.更多还原
