【摘要】 为了探讨脑外伤后尿崩症的治疗 ,回顾性分析了 1982年以来收治的 2 0 0 0余例脑外伤患者 ,3例诊断为中枢性尿崩症。联用磺丙舒 (0 .1g,3次 / d)和安妥明 (1.0 g,2次 / d) ,3例患者尿崩症症状得到有效控制 ,取得满意疗效。讨论了磺丙舒和安妥明联合用药的机制及治疗中的注意事项更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the treatment of brain trauma induced diabetes insipidus, more than two thousand patients with brain trauma from 1982 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 3 cases were diagnosed as having central diabetes insipidus. All the 3 cases were subjected to the combined administration of chlorpropamide (0.1 g, 3 times a day) and clofibrate (1.0 g, 2 times a day). The symptoms for central diabetes insipidus were effectively controlled. The mechanism of combined use of chlorpropamide and clofibrade and the cautions in the treatment of central diabetes insipidus were discussed.更多还原
