肾上腺素能受体及其亚型在海马调节机体细胞免疫功能中的作用

【摘要】 用 MTT法测定 Con A刺激脾淋巴细胞的增殖活性 ,研究了在大鼠海马中微量注射去甲肾上腺素 (NE)对细胞免疫功能的影响 ,探讨了α及β受体在此影响中的作用。发现 :1海马内微量注射 NE对 Con A刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应产生抑制效应 ,此效应能被 α及 β受体阻断剂酚妥拉明、心得安所阻断。 2 β、β1 及 β2 受体激动剂异丙基肾上腺素 (ISO)、Dobutam ine、Metaproterenol均能抑制 Con A刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。心得安可阻断 β2 受体激动剂的免疫抑制效应。提示 :海马内的 NE对大鼠细胞免疫功能有抑制效应 ,此效应由肾上腺素能 α及 β受体共同介导。

【Abstract】 The effects of intrahippocampal micro injection of noradrenaline (NE) on cellular immune function was studied in rats and the roles of Alpha and Beta receptors were further investigated by determining the proliferative activity of Con A stimulated splenic lymphocytes by using MTT method. The results showed: (1) The proliferative reaction of Con stimulated splenic lymphocytes was significantly inhibited by injection of NE into both sides of hippocampus, which could be inhibited by phentolamine and propranolol; (2) ISO, Dobutamine and Metaproterenol all coud inhibit the proliferation of Con A stimulated splenic lymphocytes. Propranolol could blocked the immune inhibitory response caused by β 2 receptor excitant. The results suggested that NE in hippocampus can distinctly inhibit the cellular immune function, which was mediated by Alpha and Beta adrenoceptors.
