【摘要】 目的 :探讨7690 -Xu荧光染色法在泌尿系统疾病的应用。方法 :用7690 -Xu荧光染色法 ,根据细胞的分化程度所呈现的不同颜色的荧光及其形态学变化 ,对尿路脱落细胞进行诊断。结果 :在100例血尿患者中28例检出了癌细胞 ,并经临床确诊对比或经手术证实为癌 ,与临床诊断结果比较 ,阳性符合率为87.5 %。结论 :该染色法简单 ,细胞的荧光图像清晰 ,颜色对比鲜明 ,不受各种血细胞干扰 ,可快速检测泌尿系统癌细胞更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: Discussing application on urinary system diseases with 7690-Xu fluorescent staining method. Methods:The diagnosis of urinary tract exfoliative cells was made on the basis of different colors of fluorescence and morphological changes shown by cells of differential degrees. Results:Among the 100 cases of hematuric patients, 28 cases were detected cancer cells in urine and identified with cancers by clinic and operation, with the coincidence of 87.5% on a comparison with the result of clinical diagnosis. Conclusion:The method is simple, the fluorescent image of cells is clear and color contrast is sharp,it keeps from influences of blood cells.Thus the method can quickly examine carcinoma cells of urinary system.更多还原
