【摘要】 目的 :为了探讨老年心身疾病患者的个性特征与心理状态的关系。方法 :设 81例老年病人组与正常对照组比较。采用 EPQ个性问卷和 SCL- 90临床症状自评量表 ,经微机软件处理和统计学检测。结果 :患者组的内外向 ( E)分低于对照组 ,精神质 ( P)分高于对照组 ,SCL- 90各项因子均分都高于对照组。结论 :患有躯体疾病的老年病人更易出现抑郁、焦虑等心理问题和情绪障碍。因此要重视老年人个性特征对疾病的影响 ,采用相应的心理防治措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The one of traits in psychosomatic diseases is related with emotion and personality This investigation was to learn a relationship between personality and mental status in elderly patients with psychosomatic diseases Methods: 81 elderly patients and control group completed EPQ and SCL 90 questionaires, which were analyzed by relevant software and statistical hypothesis test Results: Mean value of entra introversion of EPQ was lower and psychentonia was greagter in the patients than that in the control, and the values in SCL 90 were higher in the patients Conclusion: There was a tendency to have psychological disorders, such as dispress or anxiety, and emotional disorders in the elderly patients with somatic diseases Thus, it may be necessary to pay attention to the impact of personality on the diseases that the elderly patients undergoing and to treat psychologically to the disorders更多还原
