【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声诊断脐带绕颈的临床价值。方法 :应用超声检查了单胎头位妊娠妇女92 4例 ,产前诊断脐带绕颈 2 2 5例 ;对比分析脐带绕颈组与无脐带绕颈组的围产儿病率。结果 :超声诊断脐带绕颈的阳性率、阴性率、敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为 91 .55%、96.70 %、89.95%、97.2 6%和 95.45%。脐带绕颈组胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息明显高于无脐带绕颈组 (P<0 .0 0 5)。结论 :超声诊断脐带绕颈有阳性率高和准确性高的特点 ,应常规作为诊断脐带绕颈的方法更多还原
