急性弓形虫病兔血清特异性IgG动态的实验研究
An experimental study on the dynamic changes of specific IgG in sera of rabbits with acute toxoplasmosis
【摘要】 目的 :通过 Dot- ELISA对感染不同数量和不同毒力弓形虫家兔血清的特异性 Ig G进行动态观察。方法 :4组实验动物分别经腹腔接种强毒 RH株速殖子 (1 0 4 /只和 1 0 2 /只 )和中等毒力 PP株速殖子 (1 0 6/只和 1 0 4 /只 )。结果 :感染不同数量弓形虫的宿主血清特异性 Ig G动态无明显差异 ,而不同毒力的虫株对宿主血清特异性 Ig G动态影响不同。结论 :弓形虫虫株的感染量对血清特异性 Ig G动态的影响甚小 ,虫株毒力可引起血清特异性 Ig G动态的差异
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of specific IgG in sera of rabbits infected with different intensity and virulent of Toxoplasma gondii by DotELISAMethods:The experimental animals were divided into four groups,and each animal was inoculated intraperitoneally with 102 and 104 tachyzoites of the virulent RH strain or 104 and 106 of the medium virulent PP strainResults: The different intensity of infection don’t induce obvious dynamic change of specific IgG in sera of hosts The different virulence of strains may lead to the various effection on dynamic changes of specific IgG in sera of hostsConclusion:The intensity of infection with virulent or medium virulent strain effected much less the dynamic change of specific IgG in sera It may be true that the virulence of Tgondii strain resulted in the difference of dynamic change of specific IgG in sera
