【摘要】 目的 :进一步探讨吲达帕胺对老年高血压患者的治疗作用。方法 :42例老年高血压病患者均服用吲达帕胺2.5mg,每日一次 ,疗程3个月 ,治疗前后分别进行血压、心率检查及血流变、肝肾功能、血糖及血脂的测定。结果 :吲达帕胺对老年高血压病患者降压效果明显(P<0.01) ;血黏度降低、其中全血比黏度下降明显(P<0.01) ;血浆比黏度下降(P<0.05) ;肝肾功能、血脂、血糖治疗前后对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 :吲达帕胺是一种有效的降压药物 ,对老年高血压病合并高黏滞血症有一定的的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To get a further investigation of the therapeutic effects of Indapamide in senile hypertensions. Method: 42 cases of senile patients suffered hypertension were treated by Indapamild at 2.5mg each time and once a day. Three month was settled as a single course of treatment. Tests were performed on the changes before and after the treatment, of blood pressure, heart rate, blood rheology, hepatic function, blood sugar, as well as blood lipid. Results: It was turned out that Indapamide is active in senile hypertension to (1) Significantly relieve hypertension (P< 0.01); (2) Lessen blood viscosity, especially the dramatically decrease in whole blood specific viscosity (P< 0.01) and a slight drop in plasma specific viscosity (P< 0.05); (3) There is no significant difference (P >0.05) observed before and after the treatment, in hepatic function, blood lipid and blood sugar. Conclusion: Indapamide is a drug possessing hypo-tension action and is a good choice for senile hypertensive patients complicated with hyper-viscosity.更多还原
