壳聚糖硫酸氢酯的合成

【摘要】 壳聚糖硫酸氢酯是壳聚糖重要的衍生物 .介绍了选用SO3- NMe3做酯化剂合成壳聚糖硫酸氢酯的过程 ,以及某些反应条件对酯化度大小的影响 .认为在合成时选用 SO3- NMe3为理想的酯化剂 .

【Abstract】 This paper reports the synthesis of sulfuric chitosan ester using SO 3 NMe 3 as esterifying agent and the influence of some reaction conditions on esterfying coefficient, the reult shows that SO 3 NMe 3 is a ideal esterifying agent during the synthesis.
