【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳方法分析了不同时期幼鼠和成年鼠胸腺的 LDH同工酶谱变化 .结果表明 ,成年鼠胸腺 L DH酶谱的 5种带是以 LDH4和 L DH5 带占主要优势 ,幼鼠胸腺 LDH酶谱只显现 LDH1 和 LDH2 两条带 .同工酶谱的变化说明 ,幼鼠胸腺 L DH同工酶显现的为心型酶谱 ,它与 B基因表达有关 ;成年鼠胸腺 L DH同工酶显示的是肌型酶谱 ,它与A基因表达为主有关 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A study of isoenzyme band change on LDH of thymus in Childbood and adult mouse was carried out by using techniques of arcylamide gel disc electrophoresis. The redults indicated that thymus of adult mice showed five kinds of bands with dominant LDH 5, and LDH 4 in the electrophoretic bands. The thymus of childhood showed only LDH 1,and LDH 2 bands. A change of isoenzyme patterns indicated that isoenzyme patterns of childhood mice, thymus showed expression of B gene with aerobic isoenzyme patterns of the heart type, LDH isoenzyme patterns of adult mice thymus showed major expression of A gene with anaerobic isoenzyme patterns of the muscle type.更多还原
