【Abstract】 In this paper,developmental direction of storage for fruits and vegetable is introduced according to present situation of modified atmosphere stor technology for fruits and vegetable and levels including industrialization,modernization and engineerization of Canada.At the same time,viewpoint is raised that industrialization of modified atmosphere storage is “miniature energy saving cold storehouse+MA” on the basis of practise and technical condition about production in China.更多还原
