芳香族聚酯/聚酯共混纤维结晶结构研究

【摘要】 通过广角 X光衍射和差示扫描量热分析对熔融纺丝成形的 P(HBA/HNA) /PET共混纤维的结晶结构进行了研究 .结果表明 ,在共混纤维中 ,P(HBA/HNA)和 PET两种成份的结晶是相互独立的 ,即纤维的结晶是一种混晶结构 ,而各成份的结晶热行为与各自单一组成时不同 .在 30 0℃和 350℃热处理的共混纤维中 ,P(HBA/HNA)的过冷程度 (ΔT)与 P(HBA/HNA)纤维几乎没有区别 .而对于 PET成份 ,虽然与 PET纤维类似 ,即随热处理温度升高 ΔT增大 ,但增大的幅度明显高于 PET纤维 .显然 ,与 P(HBA/HNA)共混是造成 PET结晶行为变化的根源 .

【Abstract】 In this paper,the crystal structure of (p hydroxybenzoate /2 hydroxy 6 naphthoic acid) copolyester [P(HBA/HNA)]/polyethylene terephthalate (PET) blend (ACPET blend) fibers are studied by means of wide angle X ray diffraction(WXAD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the crystallites of P(HBA/HNA) and PET are formed in ACPET blend fibers respectively,namely,some crystallites are composed of PET chains and others are composed of P(HBA/HNA) chains.The crystalline orientation of P(HBA/HNA) and PET in the blend fibers are different from that in pure P(HBA/HNA) or PET states.Degree of supercooling of P(HBA/HNA) segments in the blend fibers are as same as P(HBA/HNA) fiber for annealed fibers at 300 ℃ and 350 ℃,but degree of supercooling of PET in the blend fibers are distinct higher than that in homogeneous PET fibers.The changes mentioned above are evidently related with blend of PET and P(HBA/HNA).
