【Abstract】 From May 1994 to April 1999, 18 cases of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) operation were performed for patients with hepatitis cirrhosis in our organ transplantation department, and there were no operation death. In clinical nursing, we realized that active prevention, early detection, prompt management and finding the complications of postoperative OLT are the key to guarantee the operation succesfully.
