【摘要】 采用问卷调查法,对在我科住院的32例急性白血病患者进行了社会心理调查分析。结果表明:急性白血病化疗患者的治疗和生存质量受社会心理因素的影响,治疗中对化疗紧张,有不良情绪者占69％,需要心理护理者占87.4％,需要与医护人员交谈或交流者占90.5％;此外,患者的经济状况对能否进行合适化疗起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The psychosocial investigation of 32 cases of patients with acute leukemia(AL) receiving chemotherapy were performed. The results showed that psychosocial factors had significant effects on the therapy and survival quality of patients with AL receiving chemotherapy. Of the cases, 69% felt nervous and had negative emotion, 87.4% needed psychological nursing, 90.5% needed com-munication with doctors and nurses. In addition, patients’ economic condition also directly affected whether the patients could get proper treatment.更多还原
