铁离子对聚乙烯膜在堆肥温度下降解性影响(英文)
INFLUENCE OF FERRIC ION ON DEGRADATION OF POLYETHYLENE AT THE COMPOSTING TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 研究了聚乙烯 (PE) /添加剂膜 (添加剂主要含油酸和铁离子 )在模拟堆肥温度下加速降解性能 .基于降解膜力学性能和粘均分子量的测量以及对过氧化氢物浓度 ([POOH ] )和结晶度的分析 ,探讨了铁离了对膜在堆肥温度下降解性能影响 .在降解过程中 ,含铁离子添加剂的聚乙烯膜降解明显 ;膜中 PE的结晶度变化非常明显 ;[POOH]随降解进行呈S型趋势变化 ,而且在降解初期 ,[POOH ]增长规律比较复杂 ,而不是简单的指数增长
【Abstract】 Polyethylene (PE) films with additives containing mainly of oleic acid and ferric ions were subjected to accelerated degradation in environments at a simulated composting temperature.Based on measurements of mechanical properties and viscosity average molecular weight,and analyses of hydroperoxide concentration ([POOH]) and crystallinity of the aged samples,their degradation was discussed.The results show that the sample containing oleic acid and ferric ions [PE/OA Fe(Ⅲ)] shows a considerable degradation.[POOH] increases during the early stage of degradation and the law of the increasing rate of [POOH] seems more complicated,instead of exponential type increase.
