【Abstract】 According to the requirement of spot check,the strategy of general layout is raised.Beside the block diagram and principle of SCTCCE,this paper also introduces emphatically other things:such as the way of storing and transfering multi swith information which is used in multi channel transfer coefficient testing;the using of window test technique in spot test;the effect of testing equipment’s error to testing result;the discussing of window level setup’s principle;the error analysis of SCTCCE and the measure to reduce testing error.更多还原
