不同项目运动员在不同强度运动中血氨水平的变化规律及其与血乳酸水平相关性的研究
Study on change regularity of blood ammonia and its relativity with blood lactate in different intensity exercises in athletes
【摘要】 田径、游泳、篮球、武术运动员 3 7人 ,对照组 1 0人志愿参加本项研究。短跑———全速3 0 0米跑 ;中跑运动员 2× 80 0米最大速度跑。游泳——— 50米、2 0 0米及 40 0米全速游泳各一次。篮球———一场篮球训练比赛 ,运动总时间为 90分钟。武术及对照组———实验室递增负荷测功仪进行最大摄氧量测试。于上述各项运动负荷测试前 5分钟及完成后 1~ 2 2分 (间隔时间 3分钟 )分别采血各 40ul测定血氨及血乳酸含量。结果显示 ,各项目受试者完成相应负荷运动后即刻至 2 2分钟 ,血氨及血乳酸水平均显著高于运动前安静状态测值 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,表现出与运动强度的高度相关性。不同项目受试者运动后血氨及血乳酸峰值出现时间各具特点 ,具有一定的项目特征。 3 0 0米跑血氨峰值为所有测试项目中的最高值 ,2× 80 0米跑血乳酸测值为所有测试项目中的最高值。结果提示 ,血氨与血乳酸指标的联合应用 ,能够较精确地评价运动负荷的强度、机体的机能状态、疲劳程度及训练程度。
【Abstract】 Athletes(track and field,swimming,basketball and Wushu)and 10 control subjects volunteered this study.Athletes finished varying exercise respectively (Track and field:300m,2×800m;swimming:50m,200m,400m;basketball:90-minute competition;Wushu:incremental-load Vo2max test).40ul blood sample was obtained 5mins before and 1-22min after exercise separately(3mins).Ammonia and lactate were determined.Results showed that blood ammonia and lactate increased significantly after exercise in every event(P<0.01),which was grealy sensitive to intensity.The peak of ammonia and lactate appeared differently and displayed its characteristics in each event.The maximum value of ammonia and lactate in all the items appeared in 300m and 2×800m respectively.The results suggested that combined using of ammonia and lactate can evaluate the intensity,body condition,fatigue and recovery degrees.
