矿热炉炉料中的渗流结构
PERCOLATION STRUCTURE OF CHARGING STOCK IN THE SUBMERGED ARC FURNACE
【摘要】 提出了矿热炉无渣法碳热还原冶金"物理配碳"概念。简要论述渗流理论应用于炉料比电阻研究的初步方案,从分形介质反应动力学的角度,建议建立新的碳质还原剂 SiO反应活性评价指标和测试方法。
【Abstract】 A new way to selection of material material burden ratio and size distribution,may be named "physecal design of burden",different from stoichiometric weight of carbon burden,would play more important role in the operation of submerged arc furnace process.It is necessary to find the relationship between specific resistance of burden and percolation structure. Based on the fractal media reaction kinetics,the criterion and measuring way for reacivity of SiO to carbonaceous reductant are suggested.
