【Abstract】 A new type of portable unit for the determination of pesticides residues in vegetables and fruits by kinetic spectrophotometry is reported. The design principle and structure of the unit are introduced. The key techniques for meeting the design requirements are discussed. The unit directly displays the in- hibition rate of organophosphates and carbamates to acetylcholinesterase, thus the level of pesticides residues is reported. The unit is characterized by rapid determination and low cost. Its detection sensi- tivity for DDVP and methamidophos is no more than 0. 3 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L, respectively.更多还原
