【摘要】 目的　评价应用单针双腔静脉留置导管建立临时血管通路在急性肾衰及尿毒症诱导期进行血液透析的临床效果。方法　采用颈内静脉穿刺留置单针双腔静脉导管共35例,其中急性肾衰15例,慢性肾衰17例,药物中毒3例。全部病例均采用Seldinger法作颈内静脉置管。结果　34例成功建立血管通路,1例误穿入动脉;平均血流量达(221±45)ml·min1,平均留置(26±9)d。结论　该方法简单,操作快捷,留置时间长,使用方便,并发症少,适用于急诊透析建立临时性血管通路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To value the importance of the two way catheter in internal jugular as acute vascular access in hemodialysis. Method The two way catheter in internal jugular was performed according to Seldinger method in 35 patients,15 of whom with acute renal failure, 17 with chronical renal failure and 3 drug poison. Results The two way catheter in internal jugular was successfully introduced in 34 patients, with failure in one patient due to mistaking the aorta as internal jugular. The average of blood volume from the two way catheter was (221±45)ml·min 1 . The two way catheter in internal jugular was in good condition for (26±9) days. Conclusion The two way catheter in internal jugular was a safe, simple and convenient acute vascular access for hemodialysis.更多还原
