【摘要】 目的　探讨双氯灭痛凝胶剂的处方、制备工艺、质控标准。方法　用紫外分光光度法测定双氯灭痛的含量,于276nm处有最大吸收。结果　该凝胶剂的有效期约为2年,对于创伤性炎症、局限性软组织类风湿病、局限性风湿其临床总有效率分别为100.0%、80.0%、100.0%。结论　双氯灭痛凝胶剂在各种条件下存放性质稳定,临床使用安全,疗效确切可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the formula, method of preparation,and quality control of diclofenac sodium gel.Methods The determination of diclofenac sodium in gel was established by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at the wavelength 276?nm.Results The shelf life of the gel was approximate 2 years,The total theraputic effects was 100.0%,80.0%,100.0% respectively in thaumatic inflammation,local soft tissue rheumatoid arthritis,and local rheumatism.Conclusion The product was stable under such conditions as high temperature,high humidity,strong light.Traumatic with diclofenac sodium gel was effective and safe.更多还原
