高校青年教师队伍现状调查分析
INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF CURRENT SITUATION OF YOUTHFACULTY IN INSTITUTES OF HIGHER LEARNING
【摘要】 在对全国 15所高校青年教师队伍状况调查的基础上 ,指出了目前高校青年教师队伍中存在的主要问题 ,分析了其产生的原因 ,提出了加强青年教师队伍建设的若干对策
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]On the basis of investigations made in 15 national colleges and universities,this paper presents main problems of the youth faculty,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes some countermeasures for strengthening construction of the youth faculty. [WT5”HZ]
