【摘要】 首先阐述了铁路客运营销决策支持系统所应采用的数据库技术 ,然后分析了客运营销决策支持系统的数据库实现 ,对系统应该采用的模式、应包含的数据库以及数据挖掘问题进行了研究。

【Abstract】 In this article, the database technology used in the RPTMDSS (Railway Passenger Transportation Marketing Decision Support System) has been expounded firstly. Then, the construction of its database system is analyzed, the database models and their structures and contents are studied. Finally, how to use the technology of data warehouse in RPTMDSS is explored.
