国际谐波标准对电力电子装置设计的影响

【摘要】 最近国际上相关的谐波标准 (IEEE及 IEC)对电网电流和电压的谐波水平进行了特别的限制。这些限制标准必将对电力电子装置及供电系统的设计者在电路选择和谐波抑制方面产生深刻的影响。采用不同补偿和滤波的方法来抑制谐波 ,在多数场合下都能满足谐波限制的标准 ,但如何使做出的选择最为经济仍待进一步研究。本文综述了 IEEE和 IEC的几种谐波限制标准及电力电子装置谐波的抑制方法 ,介绍了减少谐波的三相电路以及典型系统的模拟结果。

【Abstract】 Recent harmonic standards from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the 1992 IEEE Standard 519 impose specific limits on the levels of current and voltage harmonics. The standard limiting harmonics will deeply influence the designer on the selection of the power electronic equipments and the methods for limiting harmonics. In most applications, it is not difficult to meet these standards, however, the most economic choices are still being developed. This paper outlines the requirements of the different standards and reviews how power electronics design options measure up to the limits.To accomplish the most popular harmonic reduction methods for three phase equipments are described and the simulation results are proposed in a typical power system.
