无缝道岔的理论与试验研究
Theoretical calculation and testing analysis for continuous welded turnouts
【摘要】 无缝道岔是跨区间无缝线路的关键技术。文章基于当量参数、非线性理论和力图叠加原理 ,提出了一种新的无缝道岔计算理论 ,并进行了现场试验研究。按该理论设计、铺设的无缝道岔运营状况良好 ,现场测试数据与理论计算值基本吻合 ,验证了该无缝道岔计算理论的正确和计算参数的取值合理
【Abstract】 Continuous welded turnouts are important for CWR track across the station. According to the equivalent resistance, the non linear theories and the principle of force overlapping, a new method of theoretical calculation for continuous welded turnouts was developed, and on site tests were conducted. The continuous welded turnouts designed and installed according to the new theory behaved fairly well. The data collected on sites is basically consistent with that of theoretical calculation. It is proved that the calculation theory is correct and the value of calculation parameters is proper.
