高速列车舱内气流分布的数值模拟
Simulation of air distribution in cabin of high speed train
【摘要】 高速列车的高密闭性要求空调座舱满足驾驶员和旅客的热舒适性要求 ,而传统的舱内通风设计依赖自由射流的经验公式 ,确定座舱内温度场和速度场的方法 ,因无法考虑送排风气流和室内障碍物的影响 ,通风设计很大程度上依赖于模型实验。本文对旅客车厢采用传统的有限差分法 ,将送排风气流与车厢形状及座椅作为一体来考虑 ,通过计算机来模拟车厢内温度场和速度场 ,以及确定出送风速度和送风温差 ;对驾驶室 ,根据高速列车机车形状 ,采用贴体网格生成法和计算机仿真技术模拟了三维驾驶室形状及室内气流分布
【Abstract】 For the characteristic of high closing in cabin of high speed train, the ventilation design should ensure passengers’ safety and comfort. Since the traditional method of temperature and velocity distribution depending on free jet experimental equations cannot consider the effects of push pull flow and obstacle, the ventilation design mainly depends on modeling experiment. By regarding the push pull flow and the shape of cabin and seats as a integer, the simulation method by using the difference technique or the body fitted coordinate may simulate directly the temperature and velocity distribution to ensure the demand of comfortable air conditioner, and the required feeding velocity and feeding temperature difference may be obtained conveniently.
