【摘要】 为探讨锰对冶炼工人肝功能的影响 ,对某厂 70名冶炼男工和 42名对照男工的主观症状和血清总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、胆碱酯酶活性和麝香草酚浊度进行了调查。结果显示 ,作业环境空气中 Mn O2 几何均数为 0 .65 mg/ m3,两组工人的自觉症状主诉率未见显著性差异 ,上述肝功能指标的均值和异常率比较也无显著性差异更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to approach the effect of manganese exposure on liver function,the subjective symptoms,serum TPR,ALB,ALT,AST,TTT and ChE were examined in 70 male smelting worker and 42 male control subjects.The results showed that the geometric mean of air MnO 2 level was 0 65 (0 06～6 67) mg/m 3 and the exceeding rates were 93 3% from a total number of 13 samples in 5 worksites.There are no significant differences in the incidence of the subjective symptoms and abnormal liver functions between the exposed and control groups.The odds ratio for smelting workers exposed to manganese was 0 89 for abnormal TPR[95% confidence interval (95%CI)0 23～3 38],0 29 for abnormal A/G(95%CI 0 03～2 91),1 21 for abnormal ALT(95% CI 0 21～6 96),0 84 for abnormal AST(95%CI 0 32～2 17),0 59 for abnormal TTT(95% CI 0 04～9 59)and 0 66 for abnormal ChE(95%CI 0 28～1 56).更多还原
