Sialon/Al2O3复相材料的合成工艺与性能
THE PROCESS AND PROPERTIES OF SIALON/Al2O3 MULTIPHASE
【摘要】 研究了利用粘土和Al2 O3 粉还原氮化一步合成Sialon Al2 O3 复相材料的制备工艺 ,并对其物相组成及Sialon相含量对抗折强度、体密度、抗热震稳定性的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,此工艺简单可行 ,复相材料的抗折强度和抗热震稳定性均随Sialon相含量的增加而提高 ,而体密度则下降。
【Abstract】 It was studied that the process of directly synthesizing sialon/Al 2O 3 compound material using clay and Alumina powders by carbonthermal reduction-nitridation method.And the influence of the phase composition and the relative content of sialon on the strength,bulk density and the thermal shock resistance have been sutdied.The reults show that the process is simple and feasible,with the increasing of sialon content the strength and the thermal shock resistance increase,and the bulk density decreases.
