【摘要】 通过对ＰＴＣ限流元件的失效形式和规律进行研究，发现存在六种失效形式，并对这些失效形式进行了初步的分析；通过大量实验总结出ＰＴＣ限流元件存在的较为普遍的失效规律。对于失效形式和失效规律的研究，有利于进一步研究其失效机理，并指导生产和加速筛选，提高元件的整体可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the study on failure modes and patterns of PTC current - limiter, six failure modes are found and analyzed. The common failure patterns are summarized through lots of experiments.
