高温熔炼用石墨坩埚涂层工艺研究
STUDY ON COATION TECHNOLOGY DURING SMELTIN WITH GRAPHITE CRUCIBLE
【摘要】 总结了石墨表面用机械手夹持美国Metco公司9M等离子枪喷涂Nb,Mo,CaZrO3,ZrO2(Y2O3)粉制备耐热涂层的喷涂工艺,测试了石墨涂层在真空中110℃/min~120℃/min升至1600℃再冷却至室温时的热震稳定性,并对涂层作了金相,X射线衍射反扫描电镜分析。结果显示,石墨样品表面的Mo/ZrO2(Y2O3)或CaZrO3/ZrO2(Y2O3)复合涂层经强热震试验后附着强度仍大于石墨本身抗拉强度。带Mo/ZrO2(Y2O3)涂层之坩埚在1600℃熔炼铀铌合金,铸锭炭增量为17μg/g~26μg/g,带CaZrO3/ZrO2(Y2O3)涂层之坩埚在1600℃熔炼低碳铀,铸锭炭增量为0~10μg/g。
【Abstract】 The technology spraying Nb、Mo、CaZrO3 and ZrO2(Y2O3) powder on graphite with plasma was summarized. The resistance for thermal shock of coatings on graphite was tested,Microstructurs of various coating was analyzed.We used graphite curcible with these coatings to smelt uranium or its alloy at 1600℃. The carbon increment of uranium ingot was from zero to ten μg/g with CaZrO3/ZrO2(Y2O3) coating, The carbon increment of uranium alloy ingot was from seventeen to twenty - six μg/g with Mo/ZrO2(Y2O3)coating.
