制备低硫高倍膨胀石墨的正交法研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION OF LOW-SULPHUR AND HIGH-TIMES EXPANDED GRAPHITE BY USING THE ORTHOGONAL METHOD
【摘要】 首次用硝酸(65%)、乙酸酐和硫酸(98%)的。混合液与天然鳞片石墨反应制备低硫高倍膨胀石墨。通过正交实验和分析,筛选出最佳制备条件:石墨、硝酸(65%)、乙酸酐(97%)、硫酸(98%)的重量比为1:1.4:1.5:1.5,反应时间为 30min,反应温度为 25℃。膨胀石墨的舍硫量600ppm,膨胀倍数在190以上。
【Abstract】 Low-sulphur and high-times expanded graphite was prepared at the first-time by reacting natural flake graphite with mixing solution made from nitric acid (65%), acetic anhydride(97%) and sulfuric acid(98%). The optimum conditions for the preparation were screened out after the orthogonal tests and analyses. Weight ratio of graphite : 65% nirtric acid: 97% acetic anhydride: 98% sulfuric acid is 1: 1.4; 1.5; 1.5;reacting the, 30 min; leacting temperature, 25℃. The sulphue content and expanding times of the final product are 600 ppm and over 190 respectively.
