【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite was proposed.It is based on the catalyzed discoloring reaction of axocarmine B oxidized by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium.The linear range for nitrite is 0～ 0.5 ug/mL.The detection limit is 0.10ug/mL.The method is sensitive,simple with good selectivity.The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water samples with satisfactory resulte.更多还原
