【摘要】 目的　提高对蝮蛇咬伤后全身性炎症反应综合征的认识 ,了解加强治疗对预后的影响。　方法　随机将 1 994～ 1 999年 1 0月的 76例蝮蛇咬伤后全身性炎症反应综合征 ( SIRS)患者分为加强治疗组 38例 ,对照组 38例 ;从治疗过程 ,治疗前后对比结果进行分析。　结果　加强组治疗后的 APACHE 评分、死亡风险度、痊愈率、并发症均明显优于对照组。　结论　加强治疗蝮蛇咬伤后全身性炎症反应综合征 ,能明显缓解危重病情 ,减少并发症 ,降低死亡风险度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase the knowledge of SIRS after been bited by pallas pit viper,realize the influence to prognose by strenthen treatment Methods From 1994 to Oct 1999,76 cases been collected,they are been seprated into two groups by random samples then analysis the comared result from the treatment term to prognose esults The strenthen treatment group results procede the comparision group obviously Conclusion Strenthen treatment of SIRS after been bited by pallas pit viper will catabate the waldeness state,and reduce the syndroms,and deminute the risk degree of died更多还原
