【摘要】 目的　观察降纤酶对急性脑梗死患者血纤维蛋白原的影响。　方法　对 3 4例发病在 2 4 h内 ,并经头颅 CT扫描排除出血性脑血管病的急性脑梗死患者 ,采用前瞻、双盲、对照研究方法 ,在发病当天和第3、 5天分别给降纤酶 (试验用药 ) 1 0 u,5u,5u静滴 ,在发病当天和第 2、 4、 6天分别查血纤维蛋白原 ,最后统一揭盲。　结果　治疗组和对照组血纤维蛋白原在用药前无明显差异 ( t=0 .1 73 3 ,P >0 .0 5) ,而在用药后治疗组患者血纤维蛋白原明显降低 ,其中以第 6天最为明显 ( t=6.4 9,P >0 .0 1 ) .。　结论　降纤酶对血中纤维蛋白原有明显的影响 ,而且副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the effect on the fibrinogen in blood of the patient with acute cerebral infarction after using the defibrase Method:The thirty-four cases with acute cerebral infarction attacked within 24h,were diagnesed with CT scans,excepted cerebral haemorrhage The 34 cases using double-blind randomization prospective studies were treated with defibrase 10u,5u,5u,that were given attacked withing 24h,after 3 days,after 5 days The fibrinogen of blood were examined after attacking 2 days,4days,6days Result:Before treatment the treated group and the control group,the blood level of fibrinogen were no difference(t=0 1733,P>0 05),but treatment group showed a significant decrease for the blood level of fibrinogen(t=6 49,P>0 01) Conclusion:By analyzing the group materials,the clearhy effected on the fibrinogen in blood and there was a little side-effect更多还原
