【摘要】 目的　研究慢性肾功能衰竭的可逆性相关因素。方法　回顾分析 356例慢性肾功能衰竭的临床资料。结果　 356例中 16例缓解 ,缓解率 4 .4 9%。在所有的原发病中 ,狼疮性肾炎缓解率 (15.79% )最高。肾功能可逆性在下列因素中较高 :①年轻患者 ;②恶化期在 6个月以内 ;③BUN/Scr≥ 10 ;④肾脏长径≥ 8cm ;⑤接受透析治疗者。结论　慢性肾功能衰竭确有一定的可逆性 ,不可轻易放弃可逆因素的治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study recovery of renal function in patients with chronic renal failure(CRE).Methods 356 cases of CRF were analysed retrospectively.Results Sixteen of 356 patients recovered renal function,remission rate 4.49%.Lupus Nephritis was the highest one of all primary renal diseases,remission rate 15.79%.Recovery of renal function was high in following related factors:①young patients;②the change for worse period≤6 months;③BUN/Scr≥10;④length of kidney≥8 cm;⑤receiving dialysis.Conclusion The part of renal function of patients with CRF may be recovered.It is necessary to treat related factors of recovery of renal function in patients with CRF.
