【摘要】 目的　观察四逆汤制剂———保心胶囊抗心肌缺血的药理效应。方法　运用垂体后叶素制造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,运用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴制造大鼠瘀血模型 ,观察保心胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血模型心电图ST段和瘀血模型血液流变性等指标的影响。结果　保心胶囊低、高二个剂量组与模型组相比 ,可显著改善缺血心电图ST段和低切变率的全血粘度 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　保心胶囊可有效降低血液粘度 ,改善冠脉循环 ,保护缺血心肌更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pharmacological effects against myocardium ischemic of BaoXin-capsules which is a preparation of SiNi-decoction.Methods Model of acute myocardium ischemic of rats was established with pituitrin,and model of blood stasis of rats was established with high-dose adrenaline subcutaneous injection with ice water socking.Using these models,we observed the effects of BaoXin-capsules on the electrocardiogram ST-section of acute myocardium ischemic and on the hemorheology of blood stasis.Results In compare with model groups,the ischemic electrocardiogram ST-section and the blood viscosity of low shear rate are improved obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion BaoXin-capsules can decrease viscosity of blood,improve circulate of coronary artery,and protect myocardium of ischemic.
