【摘要】 采用小鼠肿瘤模型 ,观察扶正抑瘤冲剂对小鼠移植性肉瘤 S1 80 和肝癌 Heps的瘤重和免疫器官的重量、吞噬细胞的吞噬功能的影响 ,并观察其对化疗 (5 -FU、CTX)的增效减毒作用。结果表明该冲剂对实验小鼠移植性肿瘤具有明显的抑制作用 ,可提高化疗药引起的白细胞减少 ,增加免疫器官的重量。提示该冲剂对化疗具有增效减毒的功效 ,为临床提供了可靠的实验依据 ,具有临床指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth inhibition effect and immunity enhancement of Granule of Support the Health Energy and Antineoplastic (GSA) on transplantic sarcoma S 180 and Hepes were studied with cellular biological and immunological technology in this experiment. The results showed that GSA had the growth inhibition effect on transplantic neoplasm and enhance immunity function, protected the bone marrow from toxicity induced by CTX or 5 FU in mice. These observations gave the experimental proof to the clinical application of GSA.更多还原
