【Abstract】 Objective:To control the quality of Shechuangzi extracts. The HPLC method of cnidiadin was established. Methods: A chromatography method for the separation and determination of cnidiadin in the preparation was established, chromatography conditions: C-18 column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (375∶125∶1) as the mobil phase at 1.0 ml/min flowrate, detection wavelength at 322 nm. Results: The average recovery was 99.3%, with RSD 1.86%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility.更多还原
