【摘要】 实验观察了甘乐胶囊药粉对小鼠化学性肝损伤的影响。主要用 D-氨基半乳糖 (D-Galn)、CCl4、扑热息痛致肝损伤。用赖氏法测血清谷丙转氨酶 (AL T)及谷草转氨酶 (AST) ,金氏法测碱性磷酸酶 (AL P) ,碘试剂显色法测糖元 ,硫代巴比妥酸显色法测丙二醛 (MDA)。结果甘乐胶囊药粉能显著对抗 D-Galn,CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清 AL T,AST升高 ;明显对抗扑热息痛致肝损伤小鼠肝脏 MDA含量增加 ,对 CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清 AL P升高及肝糖元合成能力下降有明显的对抗作用。提示甘乐胶囊具有明显的保肝作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of capsule Ganle on the mice livers injured by chemicals were assessed. The mice livers were injured by D-Galn、CCl 4 or paracetamol. The levels of ALT、AST、ALP、glycogen and MDA were examined and the result showed that capsule Ganle markedly inhibit the levels of ALT、AST increasing in the serum of the mice which livers were impaired by D-Galn or CCl 4, significantly decrease the content of MDA in paracetamol treated mice livers and antagonized the effect of CCl 4 on increasing the serum lever of ALP and decreasing the capacity of synthesize glycogen in mice liver.更多还原
