【摘要】 目的 :观察枸杞对小鼠造血功能和 IL -1产生的影响。方法 :用 10 0 %枸杞浸出液给小白鼠连续灌胃 10 d,1次 /d,检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应、IL-1产生。结果 :枸杞组对骨髓细胞增殖反应明显增强 ,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而枸杞组 IL-1与对照组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :枸杞可促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应 ,而对 IL-1无明显作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the effect of LC on hemopoietic function of mice and production of IL 1. Methods: After filled stomaches of mice with 100% LC water extract for 10 days, one time every day, the proliferation of bone marrow cells and IL 1 were tested. Results: Proliferation of bone marrow cells enhanced obviously in test group (P<0.01) compared with control group. There’s no obvious IL 1 change between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: LC could promote the proliferation of bone marrow cells of mice but had no obvious effect on production of IL 1.更多还原
