【摘要】 验证痔宁洗剂抗菌、消炎的药效作用。方法 :用二甲苯及角叉菜胶引起小鼠耳廓肿胀及大鼠足趾肿胀造成动物炎症模型 ,用表葡菌感染家兔破损皮肤 ,造成细菌感染模型。然后将痔宁洗剂涂抹在致炎部位观察其疗效。同时做痔宁洗剂对金葡菌等细菌的体外抑菌实验。结果 :痔宁洗剂对小鼠足趾肿胀有明显的抗炎作用。对兔破损皮肤感染有良好的治疗作用。体外抑菌实验证明 ,痔宁洗剂对金葡菌等 7株细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论 :痔宁洗剂具有较好的抗菌、消炎作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study pharmacodynamics of Zhi ning lotion such as anti inflammation, inhibition of bacteria growth. Methods: Zhi ning lotion was used to treat auricle swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and toe swelling by carrageenin. Rabbits′ skin was made lesion and infected with staphylococcus, and then treated with this lotion. Results: Zhi ning lotion showed obvious anti inflammation effects, curing both kinds of swellings. It also cure staphylococcus infection of the rabbits. Seven species of the bacteria were, to different extent, inhibited by this lotion. Conclusion: Zhi ning possesses good pharmacodynamic effects.更多还原
