【摘要】 以黄酮化合物为指标 ,采用正交试验设计法筛选提取工艺后制成肺炎宁颗粒剂 ,管碟法进行了药物体外抗菌试验 ,并以抗病毒胶囊为对照药物 ,考察了对小鼠致死性肺炎球菌感染死亡的保护作用。结果显示 ,肺炎宁颗粒剂在治疗剂量和低剂量对肺炎球菌感染死亡的保护率分别提高 60 %和 3 0 % ,优于对照药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the flavone as the standard, the optimized technics of Feiyanning granules had been determinated with orthogonal test design. The antibacteria effect was tested with tube and plate test methods.Compared with the antivirus capsule, the protective effects of Feiyanning granules for preventing mouse death from the encroachment of pneumococcus was also studied. The results indicated that protective rate of Feiyanning granules against pneumococcus that cause mouse death raised 60% and 30% respectively at its therapeutic and 1/2 therapeutic dosage.更多还原
