【摘要】 采用小鼠扭体法、热板法对三棱中相对含量较高的总黄酮进行镇痛作用研究。结果发现三棱总黄酮能明显降低小鼠因醋酸刺激引起的扭体反应次数 ;能明显提高小鼠因热刺激引起的疼痛反应的痛阈值。提示三棱中总黄酮具显著的镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analgestic effect of total flavonoids of Sparganium stoloniferum in mice is observed in hot plate and writhing test. The experimental results show that total flavonoids of Sparganium stoloniferum can reduce the writhing times of the mice induced by acetic acid, raise the mice threshold of pain induced by hot stimmulation obviously. It indicates that the total flavonoids in the medicine has great analgestic action.更多还原
