【Abstract】 After a decade of high-speed of expansion,township enterprises have entered a period of adjustment under the pressure of both outer environment and inner system. The narrow resourses and deficiency of sum and of finance and the low efficiency of investment have turned out to be the main obstacles of the constant and sound development of township enterprises.
