【Abstract】 This paper analyses the pollutant emission characteristics of internal combustion engine, of electricity battery and of fuel-cell battery. The history, status quo, and foreground of fuel-cell battery are summarized. The key parts of fuel cell, such as, stack, proton membrane, activator(catalyzer) are introduced.
