【摘要】 乳腺增生性疾病是更年期和更年前期发病率较高的一种内分泌性疾病。它对妇女的健康、正常工作和生活带来极大影响。常规药物治疗复发率较高,用足反射疗法可以收到良好效果。本文通过足反射按摩治疗A组96例和药物治疗B组505例作疗效对比观察,A组疗效明显优于B组,经统计学检验x~2=60.887,P<0.01,二组间有极显著性差异。从发病年龄来看,40～50岁年龄组和30～40岁年龄组高于其它单位组。经统计学检验x~2=49.261,P<0.01,具有极显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hyperplasia of mammary glands, as a result of endocrine disorder, is a common diseaseamong climacteric and pre-climacteric females. The treatment with conventional medicinecan ameliorate the symptoms, but the recurrent rate is very high. Treating with reflexo-therapy can bring about good results. The authors set an active group of 96 cases treatedwith reflexotherapy and a control group of 505 cases treated with conventional medicine tomake a comparative study of the therapeutic effects.The result showed that the therapeutic effect of the reflexology group was markedly higherthan that of the control group. The result was verified by a statistic test with X2 = 60. 887,and P<0. 01.The authors also made a comparative analysis of the occurrence rate of the disease amongvarious age group with the 40-50 years group as having the highest occurrence rate.
