复方米非司酮对人早孕蜕膜组织雌激素和孕激素受体mRNA水平的影响

【摘要】 通过对三组 ,每组 6~ 8例 ,由人工流产得到的早孕蜕膜组织进行雌激素和孕激素受体m RNA的核酸酶保护分析表明 ,米非司酮组雌激素和孕激素受体 m RNA水平均有显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,以未服药组为对照 ,而含双炔失碳酯的复方米非司酮组相应的 m RNA变化不明显。实验结果揭示 ,在有类似的抗早孕效果情况下 ,复方米非司酮对机体雌、孕激素受体 m RNA的影响相对较小 ,可能更适宜于作为抗早孕药物

【Abstract】 Ribonuclease protection assay was performed to detect and quantitate estrogen and progesterone receptor mRNAs in human decidua from the termination of early pregnancy. Three groups, each with 6~8 cases, were studied. Compared with the normal control group, estrogen and progesterone receptor mRNAs increased significantly (P<0.05) in the mifepristone group, whereas the changes in the group administrated mifepristone compound which contains anordrin were not obvious. The result suggests that with the similar clinical effect, mifepristone compound has lesser effect on the estrogen and progesterone receptor mRNAs patients, thus may be more suitable for the antiearly pregnancy drug.
